Harcourt Valley Easter Festival

Easter is upon us and autumn in the air!  Come and join us for a family friendly day out at the Harcourt Valley Easter Festival!  Relax amongst the gum trees and vines on our picturesque property while sipping on locally made drinks and indulging in delicious food from local vendors.

Enjoy a day filled with live music, kids entertainment and the laid back charm of Harcourt. Bring a picnic, soak up the autumn sunshine, and make the most of a relaxing day for all ages.

Time: 11am-5pm

Bar: Run by Harcourt Valley Vineyards offering - wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, specialty brews and soft drink.

Food Vendors: Pizza de Wheels, This Little Piggy, Ice Cream Republic, Sweet Caroline Coffee Caravan bar

Musical Entertainment: Crosswind Band, Madz Got Rich Band

FAQs

Is there parking available?

Yes, plenty of parking is available in the paddock.

Are you providing transport to and from the event?

Unfortunately no, Harcourt Valley will not be providing transport. We encourage safe travel to and from the event. Castlemaine Taxis are available going both in and out of Harcourt. If coming by train from out of town, the Castlemaine Train station is less than a ten minute drive to the winery and a taxi can be caught from here.

Will there be seating at the event?

There will be some outdoor tables, plus barrels and stools available on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to bring your own seating ie) picnic rugs or lawn chairs if you would like to ensure you have a space for yourself and/or your group.

What can/can't I bring into the event?

If you wish to bring a picnic/snacks you may.  We do encourage you to support and try some of the delicious food from our local vendors. 

We are a licensed venue, therefore  STRICTLY NO BYO alcohol or you may be asked to leave the event.

If you would like to ensure you have your own seating - picnic rugs and lawn chairs are welcome.

Can I bring my dog?

This is a dog friendly event, however please ensure your do is on a lead and comfortable in large crowds and with children.

Do I need a paper ticket?

You may enter the event with a paper ticket or E-ticket.

What happens if it rains?

The event continues rain or shine. Just make sure to bring an umbrella and dress appropriately. We do have an indoor space, and an outdoor undercover space available, plus umbrellas over our picnic tables.

Do you offer refunds if we can't make it?

Unfortunately we will not be offering refunds if you are unable to make it to the event. You may transfer your ticket to someone else.
