Event description

Join us and learn how to make your own hard cheese (and a few other things!).

This class is suited to people with a bit of cheesemaking already under their belt. Beginners are welcome but we will not have time to  explain all the basics in detail. 

If you haven't made cheese before we recommend you take our Cheesemaking Basics course first if possible. 

You will learn to make (and you will take home):

  • Gouda
  • A simple cheese press
  • Halloumi

You will have your own station, own pot and make your own cheese to take home! You will receive instructions for ageing your cheese in a regular fridge as well as in a wine fridge.

A platter lunch and cheese board is included.

After the workshop you will receive support to help you finish your cheeses off at home, and all attendees will be invited to join our All About Cheese Private Facebook Page - just for you to ask questions, learn and generally get excited about cheese!
