Relax and restore in a candlelit room filled with harmonising crystal sounds overlooking Beachlands, at Chasing Joy Early Learning Centre.

An invitation to settle into the heart and experience the restorative, harmonising qualities of sound.

A space where you can simply receive, and let your mind, body and whole being rest, recharge and restore.

Leave feeling centred, calm and present, with a deep sense of peace, harmony and wellbeing.

Event Details

• 7:00pm: Arrive and settle in.

• 7:15pm: Short welcome and introduction.

  Sound Bath starts with a relaxing guided meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of harmonising quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids.

  Part way through I will walk around the room with the Crystal Pyramids providing harmonisations for each person individually.

  You are welcome to lie down, sit, or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

  This is your space to restore, in tune with you, in tune with your body.

• 8:15-8:30pm: Sound Bath concludes with gentle reintegration time.

The room will be candlelit and cosy.

*Please Bring:

• Mat: Yoga mat or other cushioned mat

• Blanket to keep you cosy

• Cushion or pillow for under your head and/or knees

• Wear comfortable warm clothing and socks

• Water or drink of choice for your journey home

💧 Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are with any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

I have a few spare yoga mats, cushions and blankets if you need to borrow - please let me know.

Plenty of free parking available in the venue carpark.

Come through the gate, and once inside you’ll find us upstairs.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative-like experience where you don’t need to do anything other than be in a comfortable position as your mind, body and whole system is “bathed” in harmonising sounds.

The sound vibrations from quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids have a particularly harmonising effect on your mind and body, lulling you in to deep states of relaxation and restoration similar to deep sleep, cranial treatments or meditation.

About Sound Baths With Tania

I approach Sound Baths the same way as treatments…gently restorative and sensitively tuned in, working with the body’s own healing mechanisms.

Ideal for nervous system restoration, unwinding long standing patterns and tension, tuning in and connecting the body with the underlying energies of health, harmony and flow.

I practice as a Craniosacral Osteopath in Clevedon and Grey Lynn, and host Sound Baths and Online Restoration Sessions over Zoom or via phone and messaging support. Combining hands on treatments, sound, mind-body practices, energy healing and heart coherence.

Heart-centered, harmonising spaces for you and your body to relax, unwind and restore.

Combining 15 years osteopathic practice, with mind-body practices, energy healing and a long time love of meditation, yoga, intuitive movement, nature, dance and water flows,

Each session is uniquely tuned in to who and what is present at the time.
