Harmonising Shadow and Light - A Sound Journey with Jos
Event description
Harmonising Shadow and Light - a sound journey
After spending years in unrealised fears that were dressed as rage and injustice, I found sound.
After a while the internal disharmony lessened as I wrestled with the wisdoms rage and fear were trying to express. They would not be shunned or have me turn my back on them and letting go was repugnant to the spiritual warrior within…
One moment of surrender …. a shift… and I turned to greet them, embrace them and integrate them back into the whole. With gratitude there was shaking of the cells to release of the bodily sensations and the tides of thought … changed.
This instruments of healing were made of wood, metal, water, and air. Light began to flow through less burdened with debris.
I would like to invite you to experience a little of this potential alchemy. A josfulness sound journey is full of sounds , moving from one to the next , to the next.
Bring cosy blanket , a crystals to soak up the vibrations and shine light on any shadows for liberation. (I recommend an obsidian or black tourmaline and a clear quartz - trust your self)
The moments of disharmony in sound are supposed to shake the uncomfortable to the surface, to witness and hold close for transformation. The moments of harmony, soothing to the nervous system to ground us back into stillness (for when are we in total silence really?) I look forward to sharing space with you. With love, power and wisdom of unity may we all be harmonious for the greater good of all. Blessed be from Josfulness
