Harmony is a 4-week program that will give you real tools you can use to develop a more harmonious relationship with yourself and the world around you.

This program is a journey into the foundations of mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork that will help you understand your own reality, transcend limiting beliefs, and learn the alchemy of self-transformation.
Regardless of if you've never meditated before or you are well-practiced, we guarantee you will receive great benefit from this program or we'll give your money back.
This program is designed to be easily accessible for all and our intention is to provide a comfortable and relaxed space where you can explore the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and some simple breathwork practices.
All sessions will be recorded and stored in a shared Google Drive folder in case you miss any and need to replay them.
