Join us on Harmony Day as we unite to honour our diversity, celebrating one another, merging our hearts as we embrace the Harmony of the Heart.

At Harmony of the Heart we will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.

Flow of this special evening of unity:

Please arrive at 5:15pm: Gather, connect, hydrate and settle into the space before we lift off.
Ground together, set intentions and embrace the heart-opening evening.

Heart Meditation will allow for the infusion of more love, the portal of healing, into your life.

Chanting will allow you to connect with your heart and embrace unconditional self-love. It helps you tune into your body's vibrations, quiet your mind, and cultivate a feeling of peace and tranquility. We will focus on five key elements to promote whole body healing.
A series of Interactive Connection Practices in a partnered/group format will harbour in more understanding, trust, deeper communication skills and more intimacy to your life.

We will then flow into a Spring Forest Qigong practice, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Enjoy flowing to the blissful sounds of the waves.

Lie down and relax as we move into a powerful Energy Healing infused Sound Journey. Lu will facilitate her unique style of intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other various styles using her hands in a non-contact approach through the space, working one each receiver one by one. Her healing hands will foster powerful release, deep relaxation and a sense of calm throughout the body and mind of receivers. This will be conducted amidst a magical element themed Sound Journey. You will bathe in the the earthly tones of the didgeridoo and throat singing, airy sounds of the crystal singing bowl, watery tranquility of the rain stick, and the fire of shamanic drumming. And naturally, all in harmony with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Expect to feel cleansed, rejuvenated and RENEWED as you invite in new consciousness for you to step into your next evolution of self.

We conclude with a check in circle where you are invited to share feedback about your experience of the night.

Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney. Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer & Enneagram Facilitator. Lu's mission is to help heal the world from human suffering and empower people in going deep within to rediscover their internal powers and lead them into a journey of success and personal evolution.
