Harmony with Hōiho - Mindfulness with Horses

Join us for a unique 2-hour mindfulness experience, where you'll connect deeply with yourself and the gentle presence of hōiho (horses). This event begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by mindful observation and interaction with horses in a serene and supportive environment. Through guided exercises and group coaching, you'll explore how to bring mindfulness into your life, all while fostering a connection with these magnificent animals.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. No prior experience with horses is necessary.

What to Bring: Comfortable (weather appropriate) clothing that is allowed to get dirty, sturdy closed toed shoes, a water bottle, a cup, sunscreen and an open heart.
