Harp Workshop; Rhythms around the World

In this workshop we will explore the challenge of putting rhythms together, whether it is in different hands, or playing rhythmically with other musicians. 

The afternoon will be about improving our skills while learning about harp music from around the world, while having fun!  This workshop is ideally for harp players who have been playing for at least a year, and would like to take their playing to the next level. 

Cliona will explore topics such as

• playing rhythmically in a group
• repeated bass patterns
• learn a simple tune from (South America or West Africa)
• polyrhythms.
