Hartwell Motorcycle Club 2024 Presentation Night

We are very excited to again celebrate our hard-earned championship awards as well as our perpetual awards for our 2024 championship season. As a valued member and supporter of our club we would be very pleased to have your company.

Adult tickets come with a 3 course sit down meal, and child tickets also 2 course meal, with the awards being held throughout the evening. There will be a bar open with drinks available for purchase at bar prices.

Dress code is smart casual, and we expect the evening to conclude around 11 to 11.30pm.

The Dingley Hotel has accommodation available and if you say that you are there for the Hartwell Club function, they will give you a special rate. You can call and book directly with The Dingley Hotel on: (03) 9552 2000.

Please also let us know of any dietary requirements you may have so these can be catered for with your booking.
