Harvest Moon Retreat

Join us for this special heart opening and deeply restful three day Harvest Moon Retreat.

We offer a place to come and truly rest and receive, you will be held in a stunning 22 acre site in the vale of Avalon, Somerset, surrounded by trees, birds, flowers, plants and a wonderful intentional off grid community.

Healing comes from within; we slow down, listen and feel held and supported, the body and mind know how to heal themselves.

This retreat offers you the chance to totally relax in our safe and inclusive space, take the time you need to rest and rekindle your connection to yourself, including: freshly prepared food, hot tubs, lots of time to connect to the magical land here, group healing sessions & solo healing sessions.

You will be treated to special guided meditations and love affirming practices that gently help you to remember your true self, a being of love and light.

We will have devotion, fun and freedom around the sacred fire with an opportunity to share your voice, be it singing or speaking with the fire and the spirits of Avalon, to set intentions for the full moon and the future you wish to manifest.

Take this time to learn some new practices to reawaken your sacred heart and soul.

You will be supported by your hosts: Sus & Siobhan.

Sus is passionate about helping people heal and release old traumas or wounds through vocal activation, soul singing, sound healing, energy work and personal mentorship, he has been working with ceremonial elders around the world and offers the teachings and wisdom passed on to him, for our collective growth. Sus trusts that the ancient teachings acquired from ceremony coupled with walking the pure road of deep listening, devotion and nature connection points us in the correct direction for how we can best live with each other, ourselves and on this amazing planet we live upon. He is a wizard with sound, activating the land and the people with voice, guitar and an array of intentional high vibe instruments.

Siobhan has a lifetime of experience in hospitality so you will be completely held and comfortable, she is a powerful healer and space holder using her intuitive heart and voice to guide people back to a place of love within themselves. Siobhan is a Reiki Master, Rahani practitioner and beautiful soul who is connected to the spirits of Mary Magdalene, Brigid, White Goddess and many others. Her Mother was born in Avalon so has a deep connection to these lands and her calling to working in such a sacred space, The Heart Chakra of the World. Being Divinely led is the guidance Siobhan naturally flows with, throughout every aspect of her life! She offers a unique and loving space for you to totally feel at home.

Our retreat center is located in a natural meadow field surrounded by trees, hedgerow, and lots of love, we share the field with the deer and have their blessing to be here doing this important healing work, Sus lives at the community: Crops not Shops - and asked permission to build the retreat center, communing with the spirits and animal life who reside in the space.

What we offer:

We have two spring fed wood fired hot tubs for you to enjoy.

Two large canvas outdoor structures, an Iranian Yurt, a Tipi and large yoga/sun deck.

All our water on site is spring fed from the land.

We have compost toilets - onsite kitchenette, hot and cold spring fed showers.

Onsite camping in 22 acres.

We come with bold shining hearts and the best intentions for holding a kind, wholesome and deeply healing space for all that come.

You will be camping in your own tent in our beautiful land, we supply two healthy vegan meals a day, breakfast and dinner, served at 10am and 4pm.

Glamping tents are available at the extra rate of £240 for the weekend, they are available for groups of 2/3 or solo, comfortable double thickness airbeds with duvets, blankets, plates, cutlery, light, table & chairs.

Friday:

9am - Soft landing, setting up tent

11am - Orientation of site

12 noon - Tea and welcoming

2pm - Opening Ceremony & intention setting prayers

4pm - Dinner

6pm - Find your feet and relax into the space

Saturday:

9am - Morning meditation/movement practice

10am - Breakfast

12 noon - Vocal Activation playshop - explore ways to self heal with your voice

2pm - Chill time / lighting hot tubs

4pm - Dinner

6pm - Sound healing journey

8pm - Rose tea ceremony around the Sacred fire, prayers, singing and song weaving, intention setting for the full Harvest Moon

6-11pm - Hot tubs and cold plunge

Sunday:

9am - Morning meditation/movement practice

10am - Breakfast

12 noon - Return to your sacred heart - guided journey

2pm - Chill time / optional silent walking meditation on the land

4pm - Dinner

6pm - Closing ceremony and prayers

Monday:

8:30am - Leaving site
