On Saturday 26 September, the Moon reaches its exact full phase at 5:49 pm, just six minutes before our sound bath begins.

The Harvest Moon is the full Moon closest to the autumn equinox. Its early-evening light traditionally helped people continue gathering crops after sunset. Inspired by this seasonal moment, our sound bath offers an opportunity to pause after a period of effort, appreciate what you have gathered and restore your energy for the season ahead.

Lie down, get comfortable and allow the layered sounds of gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, and therapeutic percussion to guide you away from everyday busyness and towards deep rest.

This is an intimate experience for a maximum of 12 guests. Sound is offered gently and attentively—not as a performance, but as a carefully held space for relaxation, release and recalibration.

• Find it difficult to switch off and rest fully

• Are curious about sound baths but prefer a calm, intimate setting

• Need time for yourself without having to talk, perform or meditate perfectly

• Feel ready to pause, let go of accumulated tension and welcome the new season

No previous experience of sound baths or meditation is needed. Simply arrive, lie down and receive the sounds.

• A warm, unrushed welcome and brief intention-setting

• A 60-minute signature sound journey featuring four instrument families

• Immersive sounds from Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, a gong and therapeutic percussion

• A gradual re-grounding so you can leave feeling steady, rested and clear

The small group size allows the sound to be responsive and held with care, rather than overwhelming.

✅ Good to Know

What’s provided: A mat, blanket and small head cushion will be provided for each guest. You’re very welcome to bring your own (and any extra layers) if you prefer.

Optional to bring: eye mask/eye pillow, a small pillow for under knees, water bottle; wear warm, comfy layers

Before you come: avoid heavy meals for ~2 hours; consider minimising caffeine that day

Arrival: please arrive by 17:50. To protect the experience for everyone, doors close at 17:55 - No late entry allowed.

Instruments: The exact instruments used may vary from session to session depending on the group’s needs, while the experience and session length remain the same.

Tickets: refundable up to 14 days before and transferable to a friend if you can’t attend

Health & safety: Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy/seizures, are sound-sensitive, have a pacemaker/metal implants, or have any health concerns, please check with your healthcare provider before booking.

Punchcard Option: Valid for one person only. Includes 4 RGP Resonance group sessions priced at £35 or less, totalling £100, to be used within 6 months of purchase. Excludes private, corporate, and premium-priced events. Non-transferable.
