Join local food enthusiast Zoe Anderson from the Canberra Environment Centre as she shows you how you can replace your
favourite foods with local or homegrown options. Growing your own food connects you with the cycles of nature and
gives you control over how your food is grown.

Celebrate Lanyon Homestead’s autumn harvest and gardens. Drop by, have a picnic and enjoy the music, market stalls and gardens. For our garden lovers, book into the bush tucker and veggie growing talks. Get creative at the children’s drawing trail, the bee hotel, candle making or Victorian floristry workshops. Or join one of the garden or Homestead tours.
Free entry to the gardens. Ticket bookings required for museum tours, talks and workshops. Prebook a devonshire tea or picnic hamper from the Barracks Café.
