Researching births, deaths and marriages in family history.

This year, Te Rerenga Mai o Te Kāuru | Alexander Heritage and Research Library is teaming up with the Whanganui Branch of the New Zealand Society of Genealogists to help you unlock your past and boost your confidence in online family history research!

To fit your schedule, we’re offering both a weekday and weekend class—choose what works best for you.

Session 1: Tuesday 20th May 10am-11.15am

Session 2: Saturday 24th May 1-2.15pm

Join the Whanganui Branch of the New Zealand Society of Genealogists and the Alex librarians to find out how to build your family tree using online historical births, deaths and marriage records to unlock your family’s past.
BYO device (tablet or laptop preferred).
*If you need access to a device, please let us know as we will have a small number on-hand.
