Hatha Yoga Flow -
A Yoga practice that initiates slow mouvement to unwind the body & mind.Everyone and all levels are welcomed. It's designed for beginners and intermediate.Hatha Yoga is one of the different practices of Yoga coming from India. It's a practice focusing on the fundamental postures to explore the body and prepare it for a depth connection to self.
"Ha" means Sun
"Tha" means Moon - in Sanskrit.
HATHA means Yoga to bring balance between the Sun & the Moon in you, or PINGALA which is related to the right side of the body - or the masculine part- and IDA the left side of your body - the feminine part.
During this 1h15, we will explore the length of your breath, the sensations in your body through slow movements and postures to soften and create space. It's a very gentle flow moving at your own pace.
The class starts with a warm-up following by standing asanas, then cooling down before the 10 minutes relaxation.
What to bring:
* Yoga mat - if you don't have one, let me know and I bring one for you
* a small blanket - to use at the end for the relaxation in Savasana
* water bottle
* comfortable clothes
* anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
There are a range of pillows in the room, a heater, toilets and changing rooms.
Please arrive 10 to 5 min before if you need to get changed.
