A little bit about me, I’m Tess. I grew up on these lands and have traveled Australia and the world to learn about myself and others, I’ve completed 2x 200hr traditional hatha yoga teacher trainings, and am deeply devoted to my own personal practice. The practice of yoga on and off the mat has changed my whole life and I want to share the wisdom I have received from others to give to you, to be of service. I am here to support you on your journey of yogi being and for you to create space to SLOW down.
This is more than just a 60min yoga class, it is a space to deeply lean into, a space to learn and take it into your day to day life.
I am so excited for this and to meet you, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me on instagram or facebook @Wandersyoga or my number is 0491123990
I hope you make some space for yourself, you deserve it.
Forever love,
Tess xx
