Event description

HAU TAPU Breathwork New Zealands premier indigenous breathwork experience.

Step into a realm of deep healing and connection at HAU TAPU BREATHWORK an immersive Sacred Breathwork & Sound Healing experience.

Led by renowned Māori Healing Facilitator, Chelita Kahutianui o-te-Rangi Zainey, and her team of Kai Pūoro and co facilitators.

Hau Tapu interweaves ancient wisdom, breath, and sacred sound to guide you into profound states of release, relaxation, and renewal.

In this carefully curated TAPU | SACRED space, you will be bathed in the resonant frequencies of ORO (vibrational sound), Hau Tapu (Sacred Breath), and the anchoring energy of Pounamu

Chelita, as Poutokomanawa, holds the centre of this practice, leading you through conscious connected circular breathing, a powerful process to unlock suppressed emotions, clear stagnation, to realign with your true self.

Our Kai Pūoro masterfully weave sound as medicine, drawing on taonga pūoro and vocal frequencies to create a sonic journey that bridges the physical and spiritual realms. These soundscapes are infused with intention, guiding you deeper into your inner landscape and unlocking transformation through vibration.

Rooted in Indigenous wisdom, this experience is designed to take you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, where breath and sound work in harmony to facilitate healing, insight, and deep embodiment.

Whether you are seeking emotional release, inner peace, or a deeper connection to yourself and the world, this event is for you.

This is an open and inclusive event for those 18 and over
