Chelita, as Poutokomanawa, leads you through the powerful practice of conscious connected circular breathing, navigating you on a deep inner journey to unlock suppressed emotions, to clear and release what is no longer serving you, so you can move towards a path aligned with your authentic, true self.

This unique breathwork event is anchored in Indigenous wisdom and practice, utilising the divine MAURI or life force of the breath, to take you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, allowing you to access valuable insights into what has been holding you back.
