Introduction to Double Staffs!
In this workshop we start learning beginner Staff combos, building grip strength and furthering our understanding of Fire Safety and Fire as an element.
This class is 5 sessions over 10 weeks
Props used : Double Staffs (Some provided) Please wear cotton with no sleeves and hair up off your face. Please bring a small towel and lots of water.
Starting 14th of July - 8th of September
4.30pm - 6.30pm
$450 Term Pass / $100 casual class
