Surrounded by the flickering glow of countless candles and set in the historic Williamstown Town Hall. Join us for a relaxed and inviting evening, where you can enjoy live music in the soft glow of candlelight, this 18+ event offers the perfect atmosphere for a warm and memorable experience.

Food

BYO food, so feel free to pack a delicious share platter, tapas, cheese board or refreshments.* There will be a snack bar available to purchase food.

Beverages

Alcohol will be available for purchase at bar prices (no BYO alcohol).

Seating:

Seating will be general admission, with shared round tables set in a cabaret-style arrangement, each seating up to 8 people. All seats will face the stage, despite the seating map indicating otherwise. You can select your seat directly on the ticketing map during the purchase process. Friends can search for your name to find the table you're seated at and purchase tickets for the same table if available.

The artists: 

Jaedyn Randell is a New Zealand Māori singer renowned for her dedication to promoting te reo Māori through music. She gained prominence as the voice of Moana in the te reo Māori version of Disney's Moana, showcasing her commitment to cultural storytelling. In 2024, Jaedyn expanded her reach by participating in Season 13 of The Voice Australia where she captivated audiences, leading her to the Grand Finale. Jaedyn Randell

Halo Vocal Ensemble brings together a diverse array of Melbourne’s most talented vocalists, delivering a modern spin on the choir experience with powerful performances of reimagined R&B, gospel, jazz, and hip-hop classics. Under Tatafu’s direction, this collaborative supergroup honours musical legends like Kanye West, Chaka Khan, and Kirk Franklin with their breathtaking harmonies and dynamic energy. Halo Vocal Ensemble

Cinda will complement this transcendent performance, as she takes the stage to perform soul-stirring ballads and covers from artists like Adele, Sam Smith, Adriana and Elvis, her angelic voice filling the hall with warmth and emotion. Cinda

Important Ticketing & Seating Notice

Please note that due to the nature of cabaret-style table seating, the event organisers may need to adjust seating arrangements to ensure optimal placement for all guests. This includes grouping seats to avoid single or separated double seats wherever possible.

On the night:

• You are welcome to swap seats only if all parties involved have arrived and mutually agreed to the change.

• Please do not move seats without full agreement from all guests at the table.

Stage Viewing:

• All seats will face the stage, with some slightly side-on. (you can turn your chair)

• Tables are designed to seat 10 people, but we will only be seating 8 per table to allow for comfort and clear stage views.

We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Food BYO rules

Guests are welcome to bring food to enjoy at their tables. Please keep in mind:

• Share platters, tapas, and cheese boards are ideal.

• Pizza is fine, but please avoid other takeaway or foods with strong odours.

• No cutlery will be provided, so bring finger-food-friendly options.

• Please dispose of all rubbish responsibly at the end of the night.
