HAVEN is a soft sanctuary of sound — a gathering for those who crave rest, gentle connection, and a place to come home to themselves again and again.

We gather for an hour of live vocals, music, and soothing soundscapes.
There’s nothing to do — just arrive, settle in, and be held by sound and stillness.

• A safe space to lie down and fully rest

• A gentle field to release what’s heavy and reconnect with what’s true within yourself

**Spaces are limited — bookings essential

🌿 What to Bring

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable lying down:

• A yoga mat, sleeping mat or something soft

• A cushions, pillows or bolster

• A blanket or and layers to stay warm

• A full water bottle

• Journal and pen (optional)

• Eye mask (optional)

Doors open a 10 minutes before we begin. Please arrive on time — late entry may not be possible once we start, to honour the space for everyone.

💫 Who It’s For

This space is open to all — no experience needed.
If you’re feeling tired, restless, or craving a quiet place to be held and breathe, you are welcome. This space is here for you to come back to yourself and your body. An hour of self-love and care for you to finally receive.
