HCAA June 2025 Canberra General Meeting

Notice is hereby given to all Members of the HCAA that our Canberra June 2025 General Meeting will be held on Thursday 05 June, commencing 6pm at the 59 Cameron Avenue Conference and Event Centre.

Please note the change in venue for this upcoming event.

5.30pm: General meeting opens for socialising

6pm: General meeting starts - Welcome and Committee Report

6.20pm: General Meeting closes.

6.30pm-6.50pm

Topic: How to make changes to AS/NZS 3500

Presenter: Tom Roberts, ICC

Tom will be joining us to provide a highlight of the key areas of change in the 2025 standards, an update on key international standards in development and how to make change in the next round of AS/NZS 3500. 

7.10-7.30pm

Presenter: Jennifer McCarthy, EJ

Topic: Stormwater and Access Cover Solutions

Jennifer from EJ will be guiding us through their WASA appraised, NATA accredited stormwater and access cover solutions, highlighting innovative benefits such as lift assist technology and self-engaging safety bars. 

8pm Meeting closes and time to socialise.

Food and drinks will be provided please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Bookings will close on Tuesday 27 May or earlier if venue reaches capacity. 

You need to attend on the night to get your CPD points not just register.
