The Health Consumers’ Council WA invites consumers, community members and health and community service providers to a free online community conversation with the national Healthdirect team.
Healthdirect is a free, government-funded service that provides trusted health information and tools to help people manage their health and make informed decisions about their care and care pathways.
It's a great tool for consumers to add to their self advocacy toolkit for times when you are navigating healthcare in WA for yourself, or someone you support.
In this session, we’ll explore how Healthdirect is supporting people across Western Australia — including updates to its digital tools and services and how triage nurses support callers with local pathways to care.
You’ll have the opportunity to forward questions for the presenters during ticket registration which will be provided to the Healthdirect team.
