HDR Happy Friday

It’s time to take off your workday pyjamas, put on your weekend pyjamas, and talk to someone you don’t live with. (Wild, we know.) Join fellow UTS HDR students at GRS’s monthly HDR Happy Friday. Open a beverage of your choice, chat, and unwind from the week.

The final Happy Friday of the year has been rescheduled so we can meet in person!  

You can still wear your pyjamas if you want.

Join your fellow UTS HDRs on Friday, December 10th, 4-6pm, at The Underground (UTS Tower, Level 3, on the edge of Activate Marketplace). There will be pizza, there will be beverages (until the bar tab runs out, then you're on your own), and there will be human contact--from a respectful social distance, obvs.

In accordance with current public health orders and UTS's COVID-Safe plan, all attendees must be vaccinated or have a medical exemption.

Social interactions are an essential part of everyday life. Sometimes as HDR students, we don't have easy ways of meeting other HDRs. Too busy to spend an hour to meet other HDRs? What if you look at it in a different way? One hour once a month is just two minutes a day. And if you come along to two socials a month, that is four minutes a day. Too easy!

A reminder that all UTS Students are bound by the Code of Conduct. This applies on campus and for digital experience events.
