As part of Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori and Whanganui District Library's fringe literary festival, 'Bookish', the Alexander Heritage and Research Library is proud to welcome Hone Waengarangi Morris for our lunchtime session He Reo Tupua on the 16th September @ 12.15pm. Currently the Pukenga Reo / Senior Scholar for DVC Māori at Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University, Hone Morris is a longstanding champion of Te Reo Māori. He will be discussing his work, including his new book Tūmahi Māori: A Pathway to Undersantding Māori verbs, recently released by Massey University Press.
