RSVP (Please read detail on how to collect tickets for the Hāngi) ticket
PLEASE NOTE RE HĀNGI: We go to a lot of effort to ensure that we have enough Hāngi to share with Whānau. However with Hāngi and the amount of preparation that goes into it, we have needed to create a ticketing process to ensure that it is fair. for all involved. Being a free community event and a busy time of year there are often times where people register and don't turn up, meaning that we need to set up this process so that whānau do not miss out / So in order to confirm your Hāngi on the day please follow the below process. Step One: RSVP / REGISTER to the event below (ensure you have signed up for everyone that will be attending. Step Two: On arrival to the event. Go straight to the Check In Counters (they will be clearly marked) and check in to receive your Hāngi Vouchers. These will be a physical voucher (This will be first in first served) - If you haven't signed up yet, there will be an opportunity to do so too. Step Three: Enjoy the event and performances on the day. Step Four: Collect your Hāngi from the bench (served around 1:30pm) As the weather is unpredictable around this time of year. We are encouraging whānau to take their lunches home and enjoy it together. The Hāngi can be easily reheated if necessary in the oven, or in the microwave (however if you are reheating in the microwave please ensure you have removed it from the tin foil packaging. We thank you for your support and understanding in this process.
