• A bit more about our Speaker:

  Juliana Nguyen is an experienced Non-Executive Director and senior executive with more than 30 years’ leadership experience across Australia and globally. She is a Director of the Royal Hospital for Women Foundation (RHWF), where she applies her commercial experience in strategy, brand, growth and partnerships to help advance the health and wellbeing of women and newborns.

  At RHWF, Juliana has contributed to the Foundation’s 2026–2030 strategy and growth agenda, helped shape its brand strategy and serves as Board Sponsor for Partnerships. She has also provided strategic counsel to the establishment of the Hera Alliance for Women’s Health, a national alliance of Australia’s leading women’s hospital foundations.

  Her board experience spans the for-purpose and listed sectors, including Raiz Invest (ASX:RZI) and McGrath (formerly ASX:MEA). Alongside her board portfolio, Juliana is Chief Marketing Officer at TSA Riley, following senior leadership roles with Nike, N26 and Airbnb.

  Juliana is passionate about applying the skills and experience developed through her corporate career to create meaningful social impact — bringing together “head and heart” in a way that continues to shape her board journey.
