- Biography: Juliet is the Chair of Ovarian Cancer Australia, the inaugural independent Chair of the NSW Parliamentary Advisory Group on Bullying, Sexual Harassment and Serious Misconduct, and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Management and Governance in the UNSW Business School. As a former Human Capital Partner at Deloitte and co-founder of Aequus Partners, Juliet has advised over 300 global organisations on workplace culture and leadership, including Apple, the UN, Johnson & Johnson, RBA, Telstra and BHP. Juliet started her career as a lawyer, firstly working in criminal law and then in human rights and employment law, including as a Tribunal Chair.
Juliet is a TEDx speaker and has published over 50 papers including in the Harvard Business Review. Her latest book, published by the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is entitled “Which two heads are better than one? The extraordinary power of diversity of thinking and inclusive leadership” (2021). Juliet’s PhD from Brunel University of London was awarded the Dean’s Prize for Innovation and Impact, and her contribution to policy, practice and leadership has been recognised in Australia and globally through a range of awards including the 2025, 2024 and 2023 Top 101 Engagement Influencers, the 2021 and 2022 Top 100 Global HR Influencers and the 2019 Australian Financial Review Top 100 Women of Influence.
