FAQs

How do we access the name to be included on the hoodie?
Each IGSSA school submits their rowers' names to IGSSA following Regatta 2.

When do I need to place my order by?
We will be placing two orders with our suppliers:
• First order cut-off was 31 May 2024 with delivery to schools by 20 June - THIS ORDERING PERIOD HAS NOW CLOSED.
• Second order cut-off is 28 June 2024 with delivery to schools by 12 July.

How are items delivered and distributed?
There will be two deliveries to IGSSA schools:
• Delivery 1 - Before HoR - THIS ORDERING PERIOD HAS NOW CLOSED
Orders placed by 31 May 2024 will be delivered to schools by 20 June to distribute to students.

• Delivery 2 - After HoR
Orders placed between 31 May – 28 June 2024 will be delivered to schools by 12 July to  distribute to students.

What is the returns process?
We ask people to choose their items carefully, as we are unable to swap or refund items that have been incorrectly ordered, or the wrong size ordered.
