headspace day 2024 (FREE EVENT)

What is the event?

This year's theme for headspace Day 2024 is "Pause, Reflect and Reconnect" with a primary focus on reconnecting. Activities will include scrapbooking, vision board creation, badge making, chair decorating, Frankston Monopoly and Reflect and reconnect merch craft pack; all designed to foster reflection and reconnection.

What do I need to bring?
Absolutely nothing! You just bring yourself along, food and activities will be provided.

Accessibility information

• Bathroom facilities: There are gender neutral ambulant bathrooms available at the venue, one with urinals and one without. There is one gender neutral accessible bathroom available at the venue (left handrail).
  
• Quiet Space: We will have a quiet space available for those who need a calm environment during the event.
  
• Wheelchair access: There is ramp access to the front entrance, and the front entrance has automatic sliding double doors. For safety as the event is after hours, the front doors will be locked during the event, so please inform a facilitator if you wish to go outside for any reason/when you need to re-enter the building.
• Dietary Accommodations and Allergen Notice: Cooking will be taken care of by the facilitators, we will do our best to accommodate all attendees’ dietary requirements. We will be hosting a BBQ with a sausage sizzle and will also provide a fruit platter and a variety of other food options.

Please note: our kitchen is not an allergen free zone and while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee there will not be cross contamination with gluten, nuts, egg and/or milk products etc.
