Guidelines - Can I take photos / videos?

You are allowed to take photos and videos of yourself.

You may not record or photograph others or share photos or videos on social media without consent from everyone in the photo or video.

Keep in mind that Cosplay is not consent. Ask before taking photos or touching any part of a costume

A photo wall and instant photo printing will be available at the event.

Guidelines - Can I leave by myself during the event and when the event ends?

Please notify the info desk staff if you are leaving early.

If you are aged 16 - 25 you may leave the event at any time.

If you are under 16, you must be signed out by an adult unless prior permission is given.

This category is for the makers, the sewers, the armour builders, and the detail-obsessed legends.

No! Anyone attending headspace Quest Fest is welcome to cosplay. Just keep in mind the cosplay rules when choosing your cosplay!

To protect artists, headspace Quest Fest will provide attendees with custom tokens in exchange for cash.These tokens will be used by attendees to purchase items at the Artists Alley stalls.Stall holders will then be able to exchange the tokens they earned at the end of the day for cash.
