She shares practical, relatable and helpful information about gut health - which has a profound effect on your personal wellbeing.

About Rotorua and our Wellness Centre

Rotorua is New Zealand's well known spa and wellness destination. 

It's where people come to soak, have massages, enjoy walks in the forest - heal, learn, eat, play and stay. 

It’s also the home and Headquarters of Look After Me Experiences, which brings local, national and international ptracitioners to Rotorua to promote self-care practices, healing, dance, yoga and meditation as ways to uplift wellbeing. 

If you plan to stay a few days on either side of any of our events, we'll share our local secrets of the most stunning picnic spots, wonderful walking trails and other wonderful spa and  therapy places, and  and mouth-watering restaurants.

We're both an events and accommodation network, so we know safe and comfortable places to stay in Rotorua. Make a note in the comments, and we'll send you separate information about bed and breakfasts, homestays, self-contained units, holiday houses or lodges suitable for people travelling to attend to this event.
