That’s why Healers Huddle exists: a sanctuary where you don’t have to be "on" or have it all together.

This month’s theme is Self Leadership—leading yourself with compassion, clarity, and integrity.

We’ll explore how you talk to yourself, manage energy, and relate to power in an ethical way. This is not your average business event—it’s a nourishing, judgment-free zone designed by and for neurodivergent healers who crave real connection and support.

Starr Sheppard-Decker isn’t just a facilitator—she’s lived the journey. A neurodivergent queer mom, abuse survivor, and healer with 15+ years of client work, she understands the unique challenges of showing up as both a service provider and a human navigating mental health, trauma, and chronic conditions. With a background in metaphysics, shadow work, and ethical leadership, Starr bridges the gap between inner healing and outward impact. For eight years, she’s been leading this monthly event with warmth, wisdom, and zero corporate fluff—because she knows you deserve spaces that honor your whole self, not just your productivity.
