In the morning, we’ll gently awaken to the inspiring tones of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s morning meditation. This powerful practice is designed to refresh your spirit, energize your body, and clear your mind, setting you up with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose as you step forward into your day.
For Sleepover Attendees only:
Please bring bedding and anything that helps you rest comfortably, including earphones, eye masks, books, oracle cards, etc.
