Healing in the Park

Come gather with community to experience a heart opening evening. We will be diving into a cacao ceremony, movement specifically curated to open the heart chakra, and finish with a lovely sound healing so that you leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and joyful. Cacao is a lovely herb to open the heart and let us feel love and bliss all around. Coupled with movement and sound the cacao is able to flow through our bodies and allow our creative minds to turn on. The movement allows us to move from our head into our  heart center, and be one with our bodies. The sound healing takes us on a journey to unlock what we are needing in that moment.

*Bring a mat & a mug and let’s gather in nature and remember the most powerful thing we can offer the world and ourselves is LOVE! ☕️🤍

*dress warm & cozy, you may want to bring a blanket for laying down during the sound healing ✨🤍 

You may want to bring a journal as well to write down anything that comes up for you ✨🤍
