Join Dr. Liz at EBCS for a powerful, pleasure-positive day of deep learning, connection, and embodied exploration.

This immersive 7.5-hour experience is rooted in the anatomy and energy of the vulva and surrounding pelvic space—what many lovingly call the yoni. (We honor that not everyone identifies with this term and are open to suggestions for language that encompass all this anatomy both physically and energetically.) Whether you're new to pelvic and sexual healing or deep on your path, this is a chance to reconnect with the wisdom, joy, and power that lives deep inside.

Based on my lived experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist and bisexual woman, this curriculum "fills many gaps," bridging clinical knowledge, body-work skills, plant medicine downloads, and healing exploration in a ceremonial container.

Together, we’ll dive into two “hands-in” workshops along with 2 moments for integration and play:

Vulvar Mapping + Manual Release Techniques
Learn to locate and release tension in commonly tense areas like the pelvic floor, thighs, hips, and lower back—while deepening awareness of vulvar and vaginal anatomy in a grounded, respectful, and empowering way.
Creative Touch & Conscious Pleasure
Yes, we're talking technique—how to lovingly and skillfully handle the yoni for deeper, more connected, pleasure-based intimacy. Think of this as a guided re-education in sacred touch (with a little sparkle).

Did you know that most vulvas need about 45 minutes of foreplay to become fully aroused? After centuries of subpar intimacy (and worse), it's time to reclaim joy, sensation, and sovereignty in the magical Yoniverse, and have some fun while we're at it.

***** TICKET PRICE IS FOR 2 as all activities are designed for a set pair. Pairs can be lovers, friends, lab partners, etc. All orientations and genders welcome, one half of the pair needs to have a vulva since the class is focuses on this anatomy. Please contact Dr. Liz for individual learning opportunities (Check out my psychedelic retreat for people with vulvas in May!) or if you are a single who would be willing to be paired with a brand new friend for the day.****

The work is taken seriously and a sacred container will be set. However levity, puns, and humor will happen. No one will be targeted, but this material has lots of low hanging fruit! (<--for example) If this is triggering to you, it’s probably not a good fit.
Bring your own lube and linens please, I will provide chucks / pads for liquid absorption. Welcome to bring any items such as lumbar rolls or splash pads to optimize your love nest.
Bring a journal for notes, no phones out during the activities for everyone’s privacy.
My content is hard-won: gleaned from decades of higher education, professional experience, and deeply personal work with plant medicines. It is a gift to you and your partner(s) and not to be reproduced as teaching material without my consent.
Bay Area shares can be epic, but I also want you to get all the content you came for. Please distill your intro and write it down before class so you can be present during others' shares. Intro = name and intention.
Smooth, short nails and clean hands are a must. Sinks will be available for handwashing, but please get a good head start if you are a mechanic, etc.
This is primarily an educational workshop with cerebral content and somatic practice designed to heal the vulva and surrounding area. Yoni-havers will be met where they are at, and not expected to perform in any way. Orgasm is NOT a course objective (but is welcome if it happens)
This course is body positive, i.e. farts, queefs, squirts, menstrual blood etc. are welcome. No hecklers please.
Pairs will face outward in the circle for more privacy, but this is not a completely private situation. If you desire more privacy please bring an extra sheet to "tent up" your yoiniverse. :)
Snacks will be provided, but not enough for a full meal. Please eat breakfast or bring a rack of ribs if that's the nourishment you require at midday.
For same sex pairs who both have vulvas, it will be simplest in terms of timing to designate a giver and a receiver for this container and go home and repeat the workshop switching roles if you desire.
Givers stay clothed to ensure this event is 100% centered on the receiver. This is meant to be a deeply corrective experience for those with vulvas and their ancestors. Thank you for healing the yoniverse, WE LOVE YOU!

4:30 - 5:00 - Soft Exit /Goodbyes/ Time Cushion
