Healing Together: A Trauma Recovery Cohort
Description
Healing Together: A Trauma Recovery Cohort
Hosted by Alysha Dunn, LGPC
Healing Together is a six-week, invitation-only trauma recovery cohort designed for individuals who are ready to better understand the impact of trauma and take intentional steps toward healing.
Led by trauma therapist Alysha Dunn, participants will explore how trauma affects the brain, body, emotions, relationships, and faith while learning practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and healthy connection.
Through evidence-based trauma education, guided discussion, and biblical encouragement, this cohort provides a compassionate, confidential environment where participants can experience hope, healing, and restoration alongside others on a similar journey.
Whether your wounds stem from childhood experiences, difficult relationships, loss, spiritual hurt, or unexpected life events, you don't have to walk the healing journey alone. Together, we'll discover how God designed the brain and body for healing, learn practical skills for navigating life's challenges, and embrace the hope found in Christ.
