Join Rachael from Heart of the Horse and Nat from Wander into Wildness for a delicious wellbeing afternoon of deep listening and authentic presence with horses and sound. We cultivate subtle heart and healing energies just by spending time with this horse herd, receiving wisdom and frequency recalibrations from these sentient beings. The self healing and group connection is deepened when we retreat into the bell tent for voice work and sound healing.

We integrate the afternoon experience into our systems. As individuals and together - sharing as human herd -we create space for feelings to be felt and for the inner voice of truth to be heard in safe haven where it can be expressed, clearing stuck and stagnant energy and welcoming in calm and clarity. Beautiful insights emerge and thingsshift when we take this time to tune-in.

The natural intelligence of the body bubbles up and we remember instinctively and intuitively that we have the capacity to create heaven on earth. Just by being ourselves. And, by being horse. THE PROGRAM An afternoon of heavenly healing and wellbeing. People are held in safety by the herd, and we share warmly in circle with fellow humans, safely seen and heard.

You’ll be guided to use your body as an instrument for wellbeing before you lie down to receive sound to fully recalibrate your systems and bring you to a state of connection and coherence. YOUR FACILITATORS Nat Dowling is a down to earth facilitator and certified sound therapist who guides humans to find natural resonance. At Wander into Wildness she weaves together nature connection, storytelling and sound healing programs that bring people and teamsback to balance and authentic ways of being in the in the world. Rachael Gibson is a multifaceted professional whose diverse skills converge in the realms of equine assisted learning, life coaching, energy healing, and Kundalini yoga teaching. She hasa deep commitment and passion in guiding people towards personal empowerment. She has become a beacon of transformation for those seeking balance, growth, and self-discovery.

Our Location

A picturesque natural setting in Drummond North 1.5 hours north-west of Melbourne in the wellness region of Daylesford Macedon Ranges. We spend time outdoors in the fresh air and then nestle into the cosy bell tent. For those coming from Melbourne, Bendigo or further afield, make a day of it and enjoy lunch in one of the eclectic towns of the beautiful Macedon Ranges or Hepburn Shire. Heart of the Horse is 3 mins from Malmsbury, 10 minutes to Kyneton, 20 minutes to Woodend or 25 minutes to Daylesford. Zig Zag winery is our neighbour, and the cellar door is open on the weekend.
