Join us for a guided stretch class designed for all capabilities! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this session includes both standing and seated stretches to help improve flexibility and relaxation.

💰 Cost: $10 per person - 50% of proceeds are going to Escabags, to aid those in need.
