Healthstin Delivers HEAL Program in Oran Park

As part of its mission to help more people move better, Healthstin is proud to offer the Oran Park community a chance to eat well, move more, and create lasting health changes through the Healthy Eating Active Lifestyle (HEAL) Program. 

HEAL is an evidence-based, government-funded lifestyle initiative designed to help adults improve their nutrition, increase physical activity, and make long-term changes for better health and wellbeing. 

Over the course of 8 weeks, participants join weekly group sessions that include: 

• 1 hour of lifestyle education 

• 1 hour of supervised physical activity 

• Personalised fitness assessments & goal setting 

• One-on-one consultations at the start and end of the program 

• Ongoing support at 5 and 12 months 

• GP check-ins for coordinated care 

Funded under the PHN Program, HEAL is free of charge for eligible participants. Sessions for 2025 are now open and will be held at the Oran Park Leisure Centre.
