SHAPE THE FUTURE OF HEALTHY AGEING - YOUR VOICE MATTERS!
You are invited to participate in an important discussion group about the health needs of older adults in our community. Sydney Local Health District wants to hear directly from you about your experiences with healthy eating, physical activity, and general health.
When: Thursday, May 1st, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Where: Newtown Wellness Center, 8-10 Victoria Street
Your insights will help develop evidence-based healthy ageing initiatives and services that truly meet the needs of our community.
Participants receive:

This opportunity is open to people aged 65+ (or 45+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants).
