At UP Health Coaching, we move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions and fleeting short-term gains. 4. Finding your IKIGAI: Inspiring participants to discover their purpose and motivation for embracing healthier habits.

5. The Pillars of Health and Wellness: In depth exploration of key elements

  • Sleep: Hacking your sleep
  • Nutrition: Inflammation - Understanding Weight Loss.
  • Stress Management: Anxiety Loop - Breathing Techniques - Meditation.
  • Fitness and Mobility: Strength, Mobility and Cardiovascular programs for Everyone.
  • Social Connections: Practical tools to foster empathy and collaboration.

6. Creating a Model for Change: Practical strategies to initiate and sustain positive habits.
