Registration

Join with other people who manage small rural properties in the Healthy Hectares workshop series for 2025.

At the end of the program, you will have an increased awareness, knowledge and skills to adopt sustainable best agricultural practices on your property.  You will develop a Property Management Plan for your own property, which will focus on identifying assets and possible risks to those assets. You will identify your goals and plan to manage your property sustainably.

Register by Sunday March 23 to attend this series of 6 workshops.

Healthy Hectares Workshops

We are offering a series of 6 workshops from April 2025 to October 2025.

The 6 workshop series includes workshops on Property Planning, Biodiversity, Pastures, Livestock, Soils, Pests (plants and animals), and Water.

The total cost of the workshop series is $150 per property total (GST inc), which will cover the cost of delivery by subject matter specialists, and various useful resources including your own A1 size property map and Healthy Hectares booklet, and important quick links. Morning tea and lunch are also included.

To allow interactive discussions, the workshops will have a maximum number of 20 participants.
We have had an overwhelming interest in the Healthy Hectares project, and you are encouraged to register early.  You may register to attend, with either one or two participants per property.
