About the presenter, Sarah Robb
Sarah is a certified coach, counselor, and Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
With a passion for transformation, she guides individuals through retraining their brains and breaking free from limiting beliefs and patterns. Drawing on her extensive lived experience, Sarah has collaborated with over 200 clients and organisations, empowering them to apply practical tools and strategies for significant improvements in their mental health.
