Hudson River Park has teamed up with some of the best in fitness to bring you a dynamic lineup of free Healthy on the Hudson classes this summer. Experience Tone House‘s signature Conditioning workout every Wednesday, featuring sprints, agility drills, drop downs, partner work and sports-inspired movements designed to Unleash Your Inner Athlete. Whether you’re a former athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, all levels are welcome to try this fun, challenging, and team-based workout.
Turning the Park’s most scenic spaces into riverfront gyms, Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of fun, refreshing and free fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers and spaces! This weekly series invites New Yorkers of all fitness levels to get moving outdoors.
Classes are free and open to the public, all season long.
