Hudson River Park has teamed up with some of the best in fitness to bring you a dynamic lineup of free Healthy on the Hudson classes this summer. These workouts are just a small part of the Park’s summer event season. Visit our website for more information about everything happening in your west side backyard!

Unwind from your day with a flow yoga class with Coach Natalia.

Improve your mobility with deep stretching, balancing postures, and breathwork in this vinyasa style yoga class led by Tone House coaches and open to all ability levels.

Turning the Park’s most scenic spaces into riverfront gyms, Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of fun, refreshing and free fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers and spaces! This series invites New Yorkers of all fitness levels to get moving outdoors.

Classes are free and open to the public, all summer long. Please note that participants should bring their own mat and water bottle to the class.
