Healthy on the Hudson offers a variety of accessible, exciting fitness classes led by NYC’s best trainers in your west side backyard all summer. These 60-minute classes are free and a great fit for any fitness level. Join us in sweating it out on the riverfront!

Healthy on the Hudson classes are free and open to the public, from June to September. Refer to the weekly schedule for further details and check our events calendar to keep updated on changes and weather cancellations.
