You’re invited to a Heaps Good COP31 Gathering

This is Event #3 and will be mostly an Open Space (lots of break outs run by whoever turns up) focused on ideas, connection and collaboration.

Our draft plan for the afternoon is:

1:30 Arrive for chats and refreshments (Please bring a plate of food if you can!)
2:00 (sharp) Event Start
- Welcome to Country
- CoP News and info
- Pasifika facilitated space
- Updates and community announcements
- Open space
5:30pm Finish

(Usually these events are on the second Sunday of the month, but this time we moved it so we don't clash with the final day of Nature Festival and a special Arts Sector event about CoP. )

🤝 How we work together 🤝

This Collective is shaped by all who want to participate. We welcome decentralised decision-making and shared ownership and purpose. In our ‘constellation model’ of organising, Constellation groups will form around specific initiatives, led by those best-placed to take them forward. A stewardship group will support the Collective by convening events, connecting people and ideas, establishing communications channels, brokering learning, seeking shared resources, and enabling collaboration.
