Information Session: Hear Me Out - NSW online complaints tool

Join us for an information session with the National Justice Project (NJP) to learn about their new initiative Hear Me Out, which aims to empower individuals in NSW to navigate complaints processes with the help of AI. 

Hear Me Out is designed to identify the most suitable complaints body for an individual and guide them through the process. A representative from the NJP will be speaking to us about how the tool works and how it may be able to assist CLC clients.

The NJP have found that the national and state/territory-based complaints processes are underutilised by change advocates and individuals who experience injustice. While there are 300+ complaints pathways operating across the country intended to provide just, timely, and affordable access to remedies and with the potential to expose and address systemic issues, their effectiveness is hindered by inaccessibility, complexity and under-utility. The Hear Me Out initiative hopes to address these obstacles and improve access to justice in NSW.
