You’re officially registered for Hear Me Out: Finding Your Voice Through Debate !

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to three days of fun, conversation, debate and plenty of opportunities to find your voice.

Hear Me Out is a free workshop for young people aged 17+ with intellectual disability. No debate experience is needed — participants will be supported to join in at their own level.

Across the three days, participants will have the chance to:

Explore fun and interesting topics
Share their opinions and give reasons for their ideas
Practice speaking and listening
Build confidence and self-advocacy skills
Experiment with body language and expression
Work together, make connections and have fun
