There are moments when we need to step away from the noise of everyday life and give ourselves enough space to hear what’s happening within.

Heart Activation with the Brumbies is a two day immersive experience in Bemboka, NSW, created as an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the powerful reflection that comes through being in the presence of brumbies.

Over two days, we’ll move away from rushing, doing and external distraction and into a slower rhythm of nature, presence and connection.

Through intentional practices, reflection, time on the land and interaction with the brumbies, you’ll be given space to notice what arises within you. How you approach connection. Where you hold back. Where you soften. What your body is communicating. What feels true when the outside noise becomes quiet enough to listen.

Brumbies don’t need you to perform, explain yourself or be anything other than what you are in the moment. Their sensitivity and presence can offer a beautiful mirror, inviting greater awareness of your own energy, boundaries, emotions & way of relating.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about creating enough space to meet yourself where you are, reconnect with your heart and remember what it feels like to be fully present with yourself.

Two days to breathe deeper, to be in nature, to connect, reflect & listen. To let the brumbies bring you home.

2 Day Program Outline

Saturday 19th:

• 9.00am Meet at Bemboka Hall for energy clearing and gentle somatic practices.

• 10.30am food break

• 11.00am Car pool to Brown Mountains to meet the Brumbies

• 3.30pm travel back to the hall

• 4pm-5pm Early dinner & integration

Sunday 20th:

• 9am-3pm Meet at Bemboka Hall for a beautiful day of connection, integration, healing & restoration.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in and around Bemboka for those travelling to join us. The workshop will be held at Bemboka Memorial Hall, 90 Loftus Street, Bemboka NSW 2550. (Bega Valley Shire Council)

There are a number of beautiful country stays, cottages, farm stays and more traditional accommodation options within approximately a 30 minute drive. We recommend booking early, particularly if you would like to stay locally in Bemboka.

• Mountain View Caravan Stay - Bemboka. A peaceful renovated caravan stay with a private outdoor courtyard and rural views. (Visit NSW)

• Stone Cottage @ Bemboka River Cottages - Morans Crossing/Bemboka area.

• Bumblebrook Farm Motel - Candelo. Self-contained farm stay units overlooking the surrounding countryside. (Bumblebrook Farm)

About the Facilitators

Sande Cornelius is an intuitive puzzle solver, and animal communicator helping both people and animals piece together the parts of their lives that have missing bits. Intuitively incorporating genetic memory activation, with guided messages of how to navigate the dark and light aspects of living life as a being on this planet.

Sande has helped 1000’s of traumatised people and animals find resolution to resonance with their journey. Passionate about delivering truth embodied with heart nurturing steps to walk through.

Sande and Lauren welcome you to discover your own wisdom and witness the beautiful small miracles of breakthroughs that create the change within.

Lauren Ramisch is a holistic therapist, somatic practitioner and mentor whose work weaves together nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, meditation, energy work and a deep connection to nature. Her work is centered around helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies and build a deeper relationship with themselves. Through grounded practices and intuitive guidance, Lauren creates spaces for self discovery, reflection and a return to the wisdom that already exists within.
